Agreement
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Gomoku Party (the “App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The App is distributed through Apple’s App Store. Your use is also subject to the applicable App Store terms and Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement.
License
Subject to these terms and the applicable App Store rules, you receive a limited, personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control. The App is licensed, not sold.
You may not copy, redistribute, sublicense, reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works from the App except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Gameplay and fair play
Gomoku Party includes local, AI, private, and online matches. Ranked results, leaderboards, achievements, ratings, and match history may depend on Apple Game Center or other online services.
Do not manipulate matches, ratings, leaderboards, achievements, or technical systems. Automated play, exploits, cheating tools, and coordinated result manipulation are not allowed in online or ranked play.
Accounts and online services
Some features require a valid Game Center account, internet access, or third-party services. You are responsible for activity carried out through accounts you control and for keeping access to those accounts secure.
Apple and third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. The availability of those services is outside the developer’s direct control.
Purchases
Any in-app purchase is processed by Apple and is subject to the App Store’s payment, refund, and account rules. The developer does not directly receive or store your payment card or billing details.
Acceptable use
When using the App or its online features, you must not:
- interfere with the App, its servers, security, or another player’s access;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, data, or systems;
- use the App for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful activity;
- impersonate another person or misrepresent your connection to the App; or
- use bugs or unintended behavior to gain an unfair competitive advantage.
Ownership
The App, its design, code, graphics, branding, and original content are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license granted above, no rights are transferred to you. Apple, Game Center, Firebase, and other third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.
Availability and updates
Features may change as the App is improved. Online services may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, updates, technical issues, or reasons outside the developer’s control. An update may be required to continue using some features.
Warranty and liability
The App is provided subject to the warranties, disclaimers, and liability limits in the applicable Apple Standard EULA and to any rights that cannot be excluded under local law. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
Termination
Your right to use the App may end if you materially breach these terms. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including ownership and applicable limitations of liability, will remain in effect.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated when the App, its services, or legal requirements change. The latest version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Where required, additional notice will be provided.
